San Luis Coastal Unified District ($24,655.00)

Nestled among the beautiful volcanic peaks and valleys of the central coast of California, SLCUSD offers opportunities for F-1 students to study in a safe and scenic encironment. Several of the schools have been recipients of the National Blue Ribbon Schools and California Distinguished Schools award programs. San Luis Obispo High School annually ranks among the top academic schools in California. In addition to a challenging core academic program, SLOHS also offers a wide array of elective classes designed to help students prepare for their chosen career paths while still in high school. Students will even find a multitude of athletic programs as well as extracurricular activities. Morro Bay High School, founded in 1959, offers a 43-acre campus and is unique in that it is one of only a few schools in the country bordering the Pacific Ocean. The Morro Bay campus has seen several recent upgrades, which have provided all the benefits of modernization for the entire Morro Bay community.

Marywood-Palm Valley School ($29,720.25)

 Located in the Coachella Valley, the award winning Marywood-Palm Valley School is the only school serving students in preschool through grade 12. International High School ($47,807.00)

International High School is an independent coeducational college preparatory school that was established 34 years ago in the heart of urban San Francisco. The high school's current student body consists of 328 students, with 79 students in the graduating class of 2012. Diversity is maintained and held in high regard at International High and is even a keystone of the mission statement thereby contributing to a varied student population. Even the faculty is drawn from all over the world! International offers the full International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB) and the French Baccalaureate S (Science/Math) and French Baccalaureate ES (Economics and Social Sciences). Xavier College Prep ($29,189.38)

 Xavier College Prep is a coeducational private high school that offers to its students all the benefits of a Jesuit education. The highly esteemed Jesuit tradition strives to develop the whole person through a challenging educational experience, grounded spiritual and religious formation, as well as a full range of athletics and motivational extracurricular programs. While the faculty at Xavier Prep understand the importance of preparing kids for things like college math, they also appreciate the value in preparing students for life's challenges outside the classroom. Whittier Christian High School ($29,170.75)

Whittier Christian High School is one of Southern California's leading private high school, recognized for its Christian commitment, academic achievement, and focus on athletics and the arts. With small classes, highly qualified teachers, personal attention from counselors, and the flexibility of three academic tracks, Whittier is a premier academic community with a strong record of preparing graduates to succeed in life. Students are taught to think critically and to seek truth rigorously. Located on a 20-acre campus, the school has upgraded and remodeled several of its facilities in recent years, including the library, computer lab, chemistry lab, multimedia presentation room, choir/art gallery, and auditorium. In 2004, the school built and opened the Leon Davis Even Center, an 11,325 square-foot gymnasium and event center. In the fall of 2007, the school completed construction on state-of-the-art biology and math laboratories.  

 

Western Christian Schools ($29,189.38)

Western Christian High School is California's oldest Christian high school. Valley Christian School is a private, K-12 Christian school located in the heart of Silicon Valley, San Jose, California. Trinity Christian High School ($32,430.00)

Trinity Christian High School is a four-year high school serving the families of the Monterey Bay and giving high school students a place to pursue academic, athletic, and artistic excellence. Trinity offers college preparatory classes based on a Christian perspective of the world. San Rafael High School District ($25,230.00)

The San Rafael School District offers two, four-year comprehensive high schools with rigorous academic programs for a diverse student body. Both schools have for generations understood the importance of providing a safe, challenging, culturally rich learning environment that provides students with the opportunity to realize their maximum potential and prepare for the challenges ahead. San Rafael's 33 acre campus and Terra Linda's 29 acre campus are each large enough to support the many programs offered to students.
